What is the Sha Invitational?Started in 1978 by son Donald and son-in-law Bill Boardman as a way to gather family & friends in remembering "Sha" Weaver. Interestingly enough, "Sha" was not a golfer! Today's chairman are collectively Sha's seven sons Jackie, Tommie, Dickie, Bobby, Donald, Jerry and Larry. Originally held at Saratoga Golf Course and then Frear Park, the current home of the "Sha" Invitational is Western Turnpike. The 2008 Sha Invitational will be on September
